If the quality of our finished product is below that of the sample you approved, you may return your order and we'll make it right, in a rush, at no cost to you - not even shipping.
(We're proud to say that's never happened; and if it ever does, we'll replace this sentence with a counter and update it every time we get a return.)

Clean, consistent lines, uniform thread density, sharp colours, wear-resistant materials for long-lasting, great-looking embroidery. You'll like our work! If we're duplicating an existing item, chances are it will look even better than the original.

With our Design Service, we'll send you an image of the completed design for your inspection and approval before production. We can even produce a finished sample item and e-mail you a scanned image, or ship you the actual sample (see samples for details). We want you to be happy with the style and quality before we even start production on your order, so there's no risk to you.

Price

We will match or beat any price by any Canadian company on an order of comparable product. Our large facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and experienced, dedicated staff enable us to produce top-quality work at unbeatable prices.

Production & Shipping

Your order will arrive on time, according to the production & shipping options you select. If you choose a rush production service option and your delivery is even a day late, you pay only for the closest applicable rush service (for example, if you choose two-week service and your order doesn't leave our shipping bay within fourteen days, we refund the difference so you pay only for three-week service). And if the courer company fails to deliver your order on time, we'll even refund your Shipping & Handling charge. We are proud of our delivery record and are often ahead of schedule.

Production time is measured starting on the day your payment clears, or your final design approval if using our Design Service, or your final sample approval if you ordered a sample, whichever happens last. Production time will not start on a weekend and does not include statutory holidays. For example, if you approve an order for three-week Production on a Friday, it will ship on or before the Friday three weeks later; if you approve it on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, it will ship on or before the Monday three weeks later. If a stautory holiday occurs before your order ships, it may ship one business day later than it otherwise would have. In addition, there may be further delays in late December and early January; you will be kept up-to-date regarding any such delays.
